Quick Break- 3 miles

Do you ever feel like you just have WAY too much to do?! I can completely relate, today was one of those days. I was running on empty by the time 3pm hit but was determined to at least get my legs moving.
I squeezed in a solid 3 mile run and then headed to Whole Foods for a study/dinner date. I love sitting at Whole Foods after a good run. I always sit at the high up tables, prime area for people watching and feeling healthy! I am so glad I got a run in AND a yummy Whole Foods dinner despite the busy day.
I have a slight obsession with scheduling my day, maybe a little overly scheduling. BUT it comes in great use for getting short runs in when life is trying to consume me!
